Darlington Agha (Chairman/CEO)

Mr. Darlington Agha is the Chairman/CEO of JBIS Integrated Resources Limited. He has over thirty one years’ experience in the oil and gas sector. He is a Petroleum Geologist by profession and has worked extensively in the Nigeria oil and gas industry.

He is the front runner in Bulk Oil Inspections in Nigeria.

Mr. Godsday Chukusa, FCA (General Manager)

Mr. Chukwusa is the Deputy General Manager of JBIS Integrated Resources Limited since 2012. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (PAN African University). Prior to joining the company, he had worked at Adata Group as a Zonal General Manager and also as Financial Controller for over ten (10) years.

Mr. Chukusa has attended several courses in management and conferences in the Oil and Gas Industry in Ghana and United States of America including participating in OTC in Houston, Texas. With over twenty (20) years cognate post-qualification experience, Mr. Chukusa is a versatile chartered accountant.

Mr. Lucky Onyenaucheya, BSC (Commercial Manager)

Mr. Lucky Onyenaucheya is the commercial Manager of JBIS Integrated Resources Limited in charge of the finance and admin. Department since 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy (2.1) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and final level student of Chartered Certified Accountants. Before Joining JBIS Integrated Resources Limited.

Mr. Onyenaucheya had worked with Messrs Nextzon Business Services Limited and NGK & Associates Limited as consultant. He has over eight (8) years cognate experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Mr. Chukwuma Onwuka Msc.

Mr. Onwuka is the Head of Operations of IEC. He holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from The Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. Mr. Onwuka joined IEC in 2007 and has been involved in several IEC Projects in the Oil and gas Industry.

He was the project co-coordinator for The NLNG Electronic Waste recycling carried out by IEC. Mr. Onwuka has attended several seminars and workshops on the Environment and the oil and Gas sector.
